RI teen wins t-shirt design contest

WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) - A Warwick senior's t-shirt design has been chosen as the winner of the third annual Rhode Island Blood Center Contest. Elizabeth Barstow, 18, a student at the Warwick Area Career and Technical Center, was chosen as the winner by donors and through online voting. Barstow's t-shirt design has head phones and musical waves saying, "Keep the Beats Going." The shirts will be given to frequent high school blood donors. In order t...
